Order Processing

Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes approximately 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of BCS Lashes’ control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages 

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, BCS Lashes is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received. 

If your tracking information show that your package was delivered, but you cannot locate it please contact your local USPS. BCS Lashes has not control.
